Question

How do I know what tea(s) will be the best for my brand?

 

Answer

Start by identifying your customer.

Who are they (Women and/or men age 25-50, millennials, seniors, yoga enthusiasts, diabetics, health conscious consumers, cancer survivors, etc.)? 

What products best meet their needs (Green tea, Pu-Erh, Rooibos, Herbal Blends, Weight Loss, etc.)?

How can you effectively target them to let them know you exist (Instagram, Facebook, Print/Radio, Pinterest, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)?

Answering these questions before you get started will be a big step towards your long term success.

 

 

Question

Are all of your teas Organic Certified?

 

Answer

All of our teas meet or exceed; USDA Certified Organic, JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards), EU (European Union) and/or Kosher guidelines.

Many of our premium teas are grown at high elevation above the pest line by small family owned tea farmers with limited output. All teas are processed in accordance with the stated guidelines however, since these high elevation teas are grown without the need for pesticides they are naturally organic.

 

 

Question

What makes your flavored teas better than the teas available at my local supermarket?

 

Answer

ETHICAL PRODUCTION: Many tea manufacturers use inferior leaf from questionable sources to make flavored teas. The belief is that flavoring will mask the character of poor tea. Our teas are sourced from premium certified estates and our chemical free process means they taste great and are good for the Earth at the same time.

 

 

Question

Do you outsource your packaging to a co-packer or is it done in house?

 

Answer

All of our graphic design, packaging, printing, labeling, quality control and shipping is done within our Mesa, Arizona corporate office.

We have invested in superior quality printing and packaging equipment so that we can operate as a full service facility. 

This gives us the ability to complete projects much faster without the added costs of shipping to and from a third party co-packer. This savings is passed onto you you in the form of premium products with low minimum orders at great prices.

 

 

Question

How long does the process take from start to finish?

 

Answer

Our processing time will vary based on a couple of key factors:

• Size of the order - small orders of 1,000 units or less are processed more quickly than a 20,000 unit order. On average - small orders of < 1,000 units can be processed in 7-10 business days while larger orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on the size and our order production queue.

• Time of the year - orders will likely take longer as we enter the holiday season (September - November) and in the summer months when some of our staff takes holiday vacation.

 

We will always inform you of the anticipated completion date at the outset of your order.

 

Question 

What guarantees do I have that your products are as stated?

 

Answer

We strongly encourage you to try samples of any tea you may consider offering in your lineup. Your customers are going to expect you to be the expert on any product you sell. Knowing the; taste, cup color, flavor profile, texture, growing region, brewing times, etc. will let your customers know how serious you are about your products.

For example; Our flavored teas are made with natural extract and not artificial sweetners or other chemicals to enhance the taste. For this reason someone used to drinking a low quality artificially flavored tea may think ours tastes different (not as sweet). It does and it should taste much different because it is of the highest quality. Some companies use a low quality tea (referred to as dust) which they can mask with a chemical flavoring oil to cover up the inferior quality tea.

We believe our customers deserve better. They can sweeten our premium quality tea to their taste preference.

Is there a volume discount as my orders increase?

 

Answer

How can I get started selling tea on Amazon?

 

Answer

Selling on Amazon requires a good strategy with careful planning.

We drop-ship thousands of units to Amazon every week for our clients from all around the world.

How do you ship products?

Answer

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS (whichever is less expensive).

What is the minimum order quantity for each tea?

 

Answer

Minimum order is 25 bags of each tea.

Minimum dollar volume is $1,000.00 per order.

 

 

Question

Who will I be working with to guide me through this process?

 

Answer

One of our Business Development Specialists will assist with your project and will be your primary contact throughout the process.

You may at times be working with our Graphic Designer and Project Manager. They will insure your project is complete according to the timeline and budget established. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Do you have referrals?

 

Answer

We have many satisfied private label tea customers who have been making lots of money selling our teas for many years. For the purposes of confidentiality we do not publish our customers.
